Prices include VAT. The order will be shipped once we have confirmed that the chosen model is available and that your payment has been approved. We will do our best to process it as soon as we can. If not on the same day, it will be the following business days after your purchase. Please note that orders placed after 2:00 p.m. (GMT +1) from Monday to Thursday, and after 3:00 a.m. (GMT +1) on Friday and during Saturday and Sunday will be prepared for shipment on the next business day. National holidays in Spain and local holidays in the Community of Madrid may also cause delays in deliveries. Estimated delivery dates are calculated in business days.
Delivery times: Deliveries are made by a courier company between 8:30 a.m. and 7:00 p.m. and require a signature from the person receiving the shipment, to ensure safe receipt of your order. In the event that the customer or the authorized person is not at the address designated for delivery or if delivery cannot be made for other reasons, the courier company will contact the customer to arrange an alternative delivery date. If after 3 delivery attempts the courier company is unable to deliver the order to the CUSTOMER, the order will be returned to our warehouses and the CUSTOMER must pay the shipping and return costs to our warehouses, as well as any associated management costs.
