José Álvaro created a family business, where they work as a team to generate employment and so that young people can have a profession, a future and a legacy.

This is how he makes the pieces

Pieces with a family legacy so that the youngest can prosper.

In Álvaro's workshop, they select the cotton that has been previously dyed naturally and with which they will weave the future pieces that they will create on the pedal loom.

To start weaving on the pedal loom, you must first prepare it by hand threading the warp and weft with the cotton skeins.

The pedal loom allows you to create different patterns and drawings on the fabric, which reflect the soul and know-how of the artisan.

Once the piece is woven, it is finished with seams, tassels or hand-knotted finishes.
